The Georgia Department of Labor has made updates to their Unemployment Compensation notice. The changes are related to online resources and office locations. The poster revision date is June 18, 2018.
Maine Human Trafficking:
The Maine Department of Labor has issued a Stop Human Trafficking notice that will be a mandatory poster as of August 2, 2018, which has been added to the Maine posters. The poster revision date is May 24, 2018.
Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation:
The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry has made a change to their Workers' Compensation Notice. The change reflects a new contact number for Hearing Impaired employees. The poster revision date is May 17, 2018.
Puerto Rico Fair Employment:
The Puerto Rico Department of Labor and Human Resources has updated the Fair Employment notice. The change is related to the Breastfeeding and Lactation Period Act, which allows time periods for breastfeeding and lactation in the workplace. The poster revision date is June 6, 2018.
Tennessee Workers' Compensation Insurance:
The Tennessee Bureau of Workers' Compensation has updated the Workers' Compensation Insurance Notice. The change includes a new title, instructions on when and how to report injuries, and a new required field (alternate employee representative).
